The Process
After getting in touch and wanting more information a FREE consultation with be booked where you can bring all your ideas, I also advise to bring heels of a similar height you’d be wearing, and underwear that you would be wearing. I will show you previous dress samples and fabric samples for you to get a feel off. I will the take your measurements and get you to fill in an order form and sign the T&C’s which you’ll see below. This will be your 1st appointment.
The second appointment will be a fitting where you try on a toile and from this we can see what needs taking in/out and if you change your mind on neckline, skirt length/style.
The 3rd appointment will be a fitting in the actual fabric to make sure everything is okay and your happy with the process so far.
Then you have the final appointment where you can try on and take home, if you wish to have a sketch as well please make sure to ask and I can also provide this for you as a keepsake.

T&C’S
By placing and accepting an order, both the Client and RH Wear The Change (the Tailor) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Ordering
Once received the online or phone order from the client, RH will start preparing the order as soon as possible. By placing an order, the Client confirms that all the measurements and instructions on that order are correct and final by signing and dating the order form. Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled. Only under very special circumstances and in the sole discretion of the Tailor, and provided that the order has not yet entered the preparation process, the order can be cancelled upon request from the Client subject to a 20% handling fee (to cover the administrative expenses and credit card company charges etc.). Upon confirmation, 80% of the invoice total will be refunded to the Client. Any change to the measurements or instruction should be made within 24 hours from ordering.
Measurements
The fit of an order is only as good as the accuracy of the measurements given by the Client. The Client will give EXACT measurements WITHOUT ALLOWANCE.

Payment
By placing an order, the Client authorises the Tailor to debit the payment immediately. The Tailor will start working on the order once the payment has been processed successfully via bank or Paypal.
Prices
My prices cover the consultation, sketches, fabric samples, conversations via email/texts, measurements and fittings.

Shipping
The Tailor should not be responsible to any delay caused by any uncontrollable factors including lengthened custom clearance, postal delay, and any human or natural disaster. The Tailor should not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery thus caused. We send our garments out via Royal Mail that is tracked and allows the Client to track it too.
Return Policy
THE CLIENT UNDERSTANDS THAT DUE TO THE MADE-TO-MEASURE NATURE OF THE GARMENT, ALL ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
We will refund* only if:
(1) The dress delivered is completely different from the order, or
(2) The dress delivered is completely different to the fabric chosen from the swatches RH sent out.
(3) Delivery was delayed by 14 days or more due to factors uncontrollable by us.
(*Refund means partial or whole refund of payment for the merchandise. Shipping cost is not be refundable.)
Alteration
The Client can send the garment to the Tailor for alteration. If there is no change to the original design and no new type of material is necessary, the alteration will be free. The Client and the Tailor are to be responsible for their own shipping cost.
If the alteration is about changing style or adding new material to the garment, the Tailor shall charge a fee, which is to be agreed, and the Client will pay the return shipping cost.
Alteration will take 2-4 weeks.

Export/Import Duties and Fees
Different countries have their own export/import regulations. Should there be any export/import duty, tax or fee aroused, as a general rule, the Tailor and the Client will be responsible individually for such duty, tax or fee (and related expenses, if any) imposed by their own country.
